The Threshold Atlas is an illustrated, interactive, browser-based resource accessed through your Liminal Lessons customer account. Its contents and format are described on the Threshold Atlas product page.
Access arrangements for other products are specified in their individual product descriptions.
Threshold Atlas Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to The Threshold Atlas, as stated in its product description. You access the resource through your Liminal Lessons customer account.
The Atlas opens in your browser. We recommend a desktop or laptop for working with its illustrated interactive plates. Tablet and mobile access are also supported.
If you cannot access your purchase, email liminallessons@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Your Atlas Responses and Backups
Access to The Threshold Atlas and storage of your responses are separate.
Your responses are stored locally in the browser you use. They do not automatically sync through your customer account. Signing in on another device or browser does not automatically transfer your saved responses.
Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved responses. Use the included backup/export tool to keep a separate copy of your work.
You do not need to share your private Atlas responses when requesting purchase or access support.
Refunds and Cancellations
Unless a product’s purchase terms state otherwise, we do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations for a change of mind after purchasing a digital product from Liminal Lessons, including where you decide not to access or use it. Please review the product description, delivery details, and technical requirements before ordering.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Where a refund or another remedy is legally required, we will provide it.
If you experience an access problem, a duplicate charge, or a material difference between the product received and its description, please contact us with your order number and purchase email address so we can investigate.
Purpose of The Threshold Atlas
The Threshold Atlas is a reflective navigation tool for examining identity transitions. Its maps and prompts support self-observation, reflection, and small experiments. They do not guarantee a particular personal outcome.
The Atlas is not medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional advice.
