Welcome to the Echo. This is where words return to find their shape.
The Echo Series is my altar of origins: a space for symbolic poetry, reflection, and the emotional or philosophical terrain behind the poems I publish. Here, I write from the liminal distance between what is first felt and what can finally be said. Many of these pieces return to poems from Zephyr: A Collection of Poems, tracing the images, memories, obsessions, questions, and inner weather from which they emerged.
“To fall in love is to create a religion that has a fallible god.”
– Jorge Luis Borges, “The Meeting in a Dream,” Other Inquisitions
The Muse Era stays close to the unfinished experience: letters, ruptures, obsessions, and questions still becoming. The Echo Series is where some of that material returns in another form: poem, fragment, symbol, or reflection.
One chamber keeps the wound open long enough to hear it. The other listens for what the wound becomes when language finally gives it shape.

This space is for the ones who feel too much, remember too deeply, and are searching for language large enough to hold their inner worlds.
This space is for those who feel deeply, remember strangely, or find themselves searching for language large enough to hold an inner world. I aim here to express rather than impress. Sometimes a poem becomes a mirror. Sometimes a story behaves almost like a spell.
Every poetry fragment from Zephyr is an attempt to come closer to my truth, even if I never quite arrive.
There are echoes of my inner world here.
I write to hear myself reflected, to meet my fears and half-seen ideals, and perhaps you may recognize something of your own there too.
Writing for me has always been a sensory pleasure, almost spiritual in nature. It is more like how a spider spins its web: instinctive, slow, sacred, and with its whole body.
Like the spider, I return to the center of the web to listen, feel, and begin again.
If you’ve found yourself here, you are invited into this unfolding.

The Altar of Origins | Poetry Reflections & Creative Process

You will find softness here. Slowness. The kind of deliberate stillness that is missing in a world obsessed with productivity and perfection.
You’ll find existential poetry that drifts between tenderness and turmoil. Short stories stitched with threads of surreality.
There may also be crumbs: abandoned lines, dream-characters, inner monologues, and metaphors pulled from ritual, nature, memory, or whatever followed me back from sleep.
Like characters visiting me in dreams. Inner monologues and metaphors pulled from ritual, nature, or memory.
You will also find musings and reflections that trace the storms within me and, perhaps, give you another language for your own.
I want to grow as a writer not only in skill, but in courage: celebrating vulnerability instead of disguising it. I believe some of our most compelling work lives in the liminal space between clarity and confusion, between what we mean and what we finally manage to say. The Echo Series is written from there.
Why Poetry Returns as an Echo
Because that’s what writing feels like sometimes. Calling out into the void and hoping something answers back.
An echo is not just repetition; it is transformation. It comes back shaped by distance, filtered through silence, and dipped in time.
More often, something does answer back, though rarely in the way I expect: a phrase that refuses to leave, a reader who replies with a memory of their own, a character returning in another form.
My creative process feels like that. This is why The Echo Series is not static. It changes as I do.

Begin with the Echo
Wander slowly. Read intentionally. Click on a title that catches your eye. Read one piece or several. Every post has a “resonance,” a reflection attached to it. A few thoughts on what inspired me, what I struggled with, what I learned, or what still lingers.
If something catches, carry it with you. A line may become an image, a question, a memory, or simply something worth returning to later. That’s the energy I write with. That’s the invitation I offer.
The echoes are still unfolding. Read Zephyr: A Collection of Poems.

You are not meant to understand everything here. That is part of the point. The Echo Series is not a manual; it is a mirror, a fragment, an afterimage. You may see yourself in it. You may see someone you once were, someone you lost, or something you had not yet found words for.
May it feel less like instruction and more like overhearing an old friend confess something tender beneath the trees.
